They contract short/long term projects, great pay & benefits. -Offer of employment will boast an infrastructure role, but about a month of being in the role myself and the other new starters at the time all had individual meetings with HR where they explained that we are actually just Onsite Desktop Support and that the Onsite role sits within the Infrastructure role. -Team Leader will take the work van and then ask his team members to drive their personal car un-insured (due to no business use on insurance) to work venue and when raised to him he simply says it is on his head of anything happens.
