Vale Park used to be very cheap but has grown in prices tremendously and now becoming quickly one of Adelaide prestigious suburbs. Perhaps a pattern emerges?In terms of nicer places to live: the closer to the city you are, the nicer areas are as a general rule, but the price rises steeply the closer you get.
