This album is a masterful piece of electronic art. "Winter Kills" is a very quiet song and there was some noise (minimal) during playback. The harmony of Moyet's sensual, mysterious vocals coupled with Clarke's spry synth riffs are an absolute delight to the synth-pop enthusiast's eardrum. Why do say write Yaz instead of Yazoo?
Great album completely ruined by the awful "I Before E" - that should have been relegated to the deluxe CD padded out with cutting room sweepings. It's pressed by Rhino Records. Solid pressing imo, but there is something that might bother some people.
