Even after it was approved I had to blow them up regarding me having to certify all the way back from March (when you have to prove your identity you’re not able to certify) was able to speak to someone on the 833 line who was finally able to clear out the system so that I could do that thankfully. THANK YOU!!!! After calling the 800-300-5616 number over 600 times I started wondering if there were any forums about this. SO, I called the 415 number many times. It’s like my money is in limbo. I finally got through the 1800-300-5616 yesterday morning at 9:30.
Everywhere i am reading including EDD's own website say that i am qualified! Or should I just hang up? Thank you! I was successful on the first try.
